Please see instructions below for IVY and Dashboard users. Wholesale customers and IVY partners will need to contact their account manager.
IVY users
Before closing your account, make sure you download any statements or CDRs you might want to keep.
You can close your account at any time from the Account Settings page.
1. Log in to your IVY account.
2. Select Account, then Users & Settings.
3. Click "Delete my account."
4. Enter the numbers shown on the page. When entered correctly, you can click the "Delete my account" button.
That's it -- your IVY account is closed.
Dashboard users:
Please email us at support@teliax.com with the following:
- Account Number
- Reply-To Email Address
- Request to Close Account
We'll close the account and email you a confirmation. Make sure you take note of the confirmation and keep it for future reference.
